Criminal guarantees victims of terrorism

Terrorist crimes mainly affect people  lives in terms of physical integrity, the right to

nproperty protection and other rights. This requires swift and immediate action to provide criminal protection for the victims of that crime.

These procedures start from the moment the offense is completed. And here was the start in an attempt to pick up the pieces so as to shed light on the rights enjoyed by the victims of the terrorist crime starting from the moment it was committed until the implementation of the just retribution.

Therefore, research on the rights of victims of terrorism is one of the reewable topics. This is what international efforts concerned with crime prevention and criminal justice have called and encouraged to draw the attention of the international community to the need to protect the rights of victims of terrorism, and to reduce the effective measures to reduce the pain and damage caused by the crime in order to enhance the national sense of security and safety.

There is no doubt that the importance of such is still rising in the growing world, as the damages of terrorist crimes are more severe and have a greater impact than those committed in developed countries, which, with their wealth and high standards of living, could absorb many of the damages resulting from the crimes there

Software Implementation of Binary BCH Decoder Using Microcontroller

In this paper a decoder of binary BCH code is implemented using a PIC microcontroller for code length n=127 bits with multiple error correction capability, the results are presented for correcting errors up to 13 errors. The Berkelam-Massey decoding algorithm was chosen for its efficiency. The microcontroller PIC18f45k22 was chosen for the implementation and programmed using assembly language to achieve highest performance. This makes the BCH decoder implementable as a low cost module that can be used as a part of larger systems. The performance evaluation is presented in terms of total number of instructions and the bit rate.

Biosynthesis of Iron Oxide Nanoparticles Using Escherichia coli

This study proposed to synthesize iron oxide by biological method nanoparticles. The E.coli is used to reduce Ferric chloride salt into iron particles. The formation of iron oxide nanoparticle was initially monitored by visual observation and then characterized with the help of various characterization techniques such as Uv-vis spectroscopy, (AFM) and (FTIR) analysis, which revealed that the biosynthesized iron oxide nanoparticles were spherical within size 27.7 nm. Optimization of iron oxide nanoparticle biosynthesis by E.coli was performed for parameters (temperature and pH) and the results revealed that temperature 37°C and pH 5 were the optimum conditions for iron oxide nanoparticales biosynthesis by E.coli.<
