This paper offers an overview of the sources of nondiscrimination and the historical background of this term. Also it discusses the legal principals of the right of equality and non-discrimination through the U. N. Charter (UNCHR) and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and the scope of the right to equality and nondiscrimination and State obligations.

Human posture estimation is a crucial topic in the computer vision field and has become a hotspot for research in many human behaviors related work. Human pose estimation can be understood as the human key point recognition and connection problem. In this paper, tunable optical band-pass filters based on Polarization Maintaining Fiber –Mach Zehnder Interferometer presented. Tunability of the band-pass filter implemented by applying different mechanical forces N on the micro-cavities splicing regions (MCSRs).
