Results of charge, neutron and matter densities and related form factors for one- proton halo nucleus ⁸B are presented using a two- frequency shell model approach. We choose a model space for the core of ⁷Be different from that of the extra one valence proton. One configuration is assumed for the outer proton to be in 1p_1/2 - shell. The results of the matter density distributions are compared with those fitted to the experimental data. The efficiency of attapulgite liners as anti-seepage for crude oil is examined. Consideration is given to the potential use of raw attapulgite and mixture attapulgite with prairie hay and coconut husk as liners to prevent crude oil seepage. In this paper ,the problem of point estimation for the two parameters of logistic distribution has been investigated using simulation technique. The rank sampling set estimator method which is one of the Non_Baysian procedure and Lindley approximation estimator method which is one of the Baysian method were used to estimate the parameters of logistic distribution. Comparing between these two mentioned methods by employing mean square error measure and mean absolute percentage error measure .At last simulation technique used to generate many number of samples sizes to compare between these methods.
