Non thermal argon plasma needle at atmospheric pressure was generated. The experimental set up is based on very simple and low cost electric components that generate electrical field sufficiently high at the electrodes to ionize various gases, which flow at atmospheric pressure. The high d.c power supply is 7.5kV peak to peak, the frequency of the electrical field is 28kHz, and the plasma power less than 15W. The plasma is generated using only one electrode. Physical properties of the soil where studied, such as electrical conductivity ranged from (136.33-1070.00)μS/cm^-3, and moisture which ranged between the values (0.39-36.48)%. By use the notions pre-g-closedness and pre-g-openness we have generalized a class of separation axioms in topological spaces. In particular, we presented in this paper new types of regulαrities, which we named ρg­regulαrity and Sρg­regulαrity. Many results and properties of both types have been investigated and have illustrated by examples.
