This work involved the successful synthesis of three new Schiff base complexes, including Ni(II), Mn(II), and Cu(II) complexes. The Schiff base ligand was created by reacting the malonyldihydrazide molecule with naphthaldehyde, and the final step involved reacting the ligand with the corresponding metallic chloride yielding pure target complexes. FTIR, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, mass, and UV/Vis spectroscopies were used to comprehensively characterize the produced complexes.   This researchs the preparation of particulate polymer composites from Alkyd resin and Iraqi Burn Kaolin which were added as (20%,30%,40%,50%)and comparing  with the  polymer.  It studied Thermal conductivity and Dielectric strength for both of  the Alkyd resin and  the Composite Material.        The result showed an  increase in Dielectric strength after adding the Iraqi Burn Kaolin , also the Thermal conductivity was  increased by adding the Iraqi Burn Kaolin .

The acceptance sampling plans for generalized exponential distribution, when life time experiment is truncated at a pre-determined time are provided in this article. The two parameters (α, λ), (Scale parameters and Shape parameters) are estimated by LSE, WLSE and the Best Estimator’s for various samples sizes are used to find the ratio of true mean time to a pre-determined, and are used to find the smallest possible sample size required to ensure the producer’s risks, with a pre-fixed probability (1 - P^*). The result of estimations and of sampling plans is provided in tables.
