Advertising technology represents a component of elements of the visual attraction in the urban scape, made its way transmission process of messages between the ends of the source ofinformation (sender) and the Destination information (receiver) of the final recipient of themessage, It serves as a social marked and a means of cultural expression, It is part of the inalienable in creating identity and determine the spatial relationships and also is a reflection ofurban culture to the community. This technology has become an increasing feature of the present era, characterized as the era of the three revolutions: (the information revolution, the technologyrevolution, and the media revolution), Where it became an integral part of the visual system surrounding of urban our environment in which we live,, And it worked to change the contemporary urban experience through the attraction and love to stay and stimulating social interactions within a decade and urban spaces that contain the contemporary urban forms, and this is what it will focus the research. The research’s problem is determined by :there is no clear perception about the definition of advertisement technology and its impact on the urban scape of the city centers according the concept of visual attraction.

The behaviour of Np-239 during the Continuous extraction and stripping was followed . Three Continuous extraction experiments were carried out . In the first experiment the extraction and stripping were carried out by using Tributyl Phosphate / treated odorless kerosene as the organic phase , while the aqueous phase was uranium and neptunium-239 dissolved in 3M HNO3 . This study deals with the biostratigraphy of Shiranish Formation (Late Cretaceous), depending on the Ammonite and associated Foraminifera in four outcrop sections, three of which are located in Al-Sulaimaniya governorate (Dokan, Esewa and Kanny dirka sections) and one in Erbil governorate, northern Iraq (Hijran section). Using three-point bending experiments, the effect of the particle size of SiO2 on the flexural properties of epoxy composites was investigated. Young modulus and flexural strength were studied for different weight percentage of filler (2,4,6,8 and 10) wt%.The size of SiO2 particles varied from micro (100um) to nano (12nm) .
Flexural strength and Young modul were found to increase with the filler content, but when the particle size decreased to the nanoscale, the Young module increased. Flexural strength was higher for microcomposites than nanocomposites.

It is assumed that the parameter behaves as a random variable have a Gumbell Type P prior with non-informative is used. And after the derivation of mathematical formulas of those estimations, the simulation method was used for comparison depending on mean square error (MSE) values and integrated mean absolute percentage error (IMAPE) values respectively. Among of conclusion that have been reached, it is observed that, the LE-NR estimate introduced the best perform for estimating the parameter λ.

Ninety five samples were collected from different samples (urine, ear and wounds swaps), from hospitals in Baghdad city. The results of cultural, microscopic , biochemical tests indicated that in urine samples E.coli have high occurrence frequency 19 (47.5%) followed by Proteus mirabilis 18(45%) and Klebsiella species 1 (2.5%), while in wounds samples each of Pseudomonas spp. and Proteus mirabilis 10 (25%) , then followed by E.coli with 5 (12.5%) and Klebsiella species 3 (7.5%). Show MoreSpectral and linear optical properties for a mixture of Rhodamine B (RB) and Fluorescein Sodium (Na Fl) organic laser dyes were determined at different concentrations 10-3, 10-4 M in ethanol solvent at room temperature. The intensity of absorption range is towards longer wavelengths (red shift). The quantum efficiency diminished while the radiative and fluorescence life time increased when increment concentration, organic laser dyes have a spectrum within the range 540-500 nm. Results demonstrate that a mixture of laser dyes are effective optical materials when contrasted with individual laser dyes. It can be utilized as resonator in cavity lasers.
