This paper reports a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) as a biosensor. The FBGs were etched using a chemical agent,namely,hydrofluoric acid (HF). This implies the removal of some part of the cladding layer. Consequently, the evanescent field propagating out of the core will be closer to the environment and become more sensitive to the change in the surrounding. This iterative method has cubic convergence. Several numerical examples to illustrate the efficiency of this method by Comparison with other similar methods is given.

Epoxy resins were modified by some thermosetting materials using unsaturated polyesters which were cured with styrene , MMA ,and MA . When unsaturated Polyester ( as thermosetting material ) was used , and cured with styrene showed better results than acrylic monomers . Thermal stability rised on modification of epoxy resins with unsaturated polyester . The new formulation had converted the epoxy resin from hard brittle material to hard and tough material .

  In this study, modified organic solvent (organosolv) method was applied to remove high lignin content in the date palm fronds (type Al-Zahdi) which was taken from the Iraqi gardens. Imitation learning is an effective method for training an autonomous agent to accomplish a task by imitating expert behaviors in their demonstrations. However, traditional imitation learning methods require a large number of expert demonstrations in order to learn a complex behavior. Such a disadvantage has limited the potential of imitation learning in complex tasks where the expert demonstrations are not sufficient.
