In contemporary discourses the debate of most Western thinkers is about the efforts to clarify the normative foundations of democracy. And then, some political thinkers have adopted other models differ in terms of standards for traditional liberal democracy. Be the common goal of democracy will give the formation of a greater role than usual in political liberalism rather than limiting the participatory activity of citizens on the function to give permanent legitimacy to the exercise of state authority. The activity is to be permanently enshrined in the democratic public sphere and the issue must be understood as the source of all political decisions.

Vondracek (1975); Long (1979); Al-Ni’ma (1994). The most comprehensive work among
them was the “Moss Flora of Iraq” by Agnew & Vondracek (1975). It included a description

In this paper we will study some of the properties of an operator by looking at the associated S-act of this operator, and conversely. We look at some operators, like one to one operators, onto operators. On the other hand, we look at some act theoretic concepts, like faithful acts, finitely generated acts, singular acts, separated acts, torsion free acts and noetherian acts. We try to determine what properties of T make the associated S-act has any of these properties.

The research addressed the problem of widows that increased recently enormously. The researcher also referred to the perspective of Islam that gave a significant attention for both widows and orphans as powerless groups. Some straightforward example were presented to reflect the actual difficulties that encounter these groups as well as the author proposed number of appropriate ways that mitigate their psychological and physical sufferings such as: the provision of convenience jobs, and the legislation of rule that save their rights. This research aims at identifying the level of Reflective Judgment for University students in term of gender and stage. To this end, the researcher used Khaleel's scale (2016) for the Reflective Judgment. The scale was administered to the sample of the study which is (200) male and female level first-fourth university students. The results have shown that university students are on the level five of the Reflective Judgment, and the first-stage students have reflective judgment more than fourth-stage students. In the light of these results, the researcher has come with a number of recommendations and suggestions.     

For the generality of fuzzy ideals in TM-algebra, a cubic ideal in this algebra has been studied, such as cubic ideals and cubic T-ideals. Some properties of these ideals are investigated. Also, we show that the cubic T-ideal is a cubic ideal, but the converse is not generally valid. In addition, a cubic sub-algebra is defined, and new relations between the level subset and a cubic sub-algebra are discussed. After that, cubic ideals and cubic T-ideals under homomorphism are studied, and the image (pre-image) of cubic T-ideals is discussed. Finally, the Cartesian product of cubic ideals in Cartesian product TM-algebras is given. We proved that the product of two cubic ideals of the Cartesian product of two TM-algebras is also a cubic idea

A mathematical model and associated computer program were developed to simulate the steady state operation of wiped film evaporators for the concentration of glycerol-water solution. In this model, various assumptions were made to facilitate the mathematical model of the wiped film evaporator. The fundamental phenomena described were: sensible heating of the solution and vaporization of water. Physical property data were coded into the computer program, which performs the calculations of this model. Borrowing in linguistics refers to the process whereby a group of speakers incorporates certain foreign linguistic components into their home language via a process known as linguistic borrowing. The process by which these foreign linguistic elements, known as loanwords, go through phonological, morphological, or semantic changes in order for them to fit the grammar of the recipient language is referred to as loanword adaptation. Loanwords go through these changes in order for them to become compatible with the grammar of the recipient language. One of the most divisive topics in loanword phonology is whether adaptations occur at the phonemic or phonetic levels, and current literature distinguishes three primary viewpoints: nativiza
