This experiment was conducted to determine and map the hardpan layers across an agricultural field through advanced technologies of precision agriculture. The recently recorded discharge capacity of Diyala River was reduced to just 750m³/s. In most of the standard encoder/ decoder systems the quantization/ de-quantization managed as a separate step, here we introduce new way (method) to work (managed) simultaneously. The main objective of this research is to find the coefficient of permeability (k) of the soil and especially clayey soil by finding the degree of consolidation (rate of consolidation). New modify procedure is proposed by using the odometer (consolidation) device.
