Integration of Transportation Stations as Intermodal Stations

Ease of transfer between different modes of public transportation within the stations is a significant contribution to the movement that can be provided by transportation industries to develop solutions of integrated transportation. It is future integrated multimodal transportation, to make public transportation more enjoyable and interesting, in addition to passenger transportation and future movement of goods are also depend on multimodal transportation The importance of interchange promotion between multimodal as a basic feature of passengers buildings in modern Railway Stations the Research problem:" concedered about the gab of knowledge in the integrated of railway stations within intermodal transportation system in order to operate these stations efficiently, functionally, environmentally and socially".. The importance of this research is: the role of integrated multimodal transportation stations and the extent integration functional, environmentally and operationally, where this integration plays a major role by giving the expressionistic and Iconic.  the hypothesis formulated from this problem is: the integrated railway stations are huge and multi-facilities of activities which works such a cities by one-system consists of the several systems integrated with each other in planning and a design that making integrated this building with other transportation stations as Intermodal Transportation systems within operation systems in planning and design levels, and posative action with environment functionally and operationally.

Preparation single layer of (MgO) as antireflection coating using PLD technique

In this work preparation of antireflection coating with single layer of MgO using pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method which deposit on glass substrate with different thicknesses (90 and 100) nm annealed at temperature 500 K was done.
The optical and structural properties (X-ray diffraction) have been determined. The optical reflectance was computed with the aid of MATLAB over the visible and near infrared region. Results shows that the best result obtained for optical performance of AR'Cs at 700 shots with thickness 90 nm nanostructure single layer AR'Cs and low reflection at wavelength 550 nm.

Studying Audio Capacity as Carrier of Secret Images in Steganographic System

Steganography art is a technique for hiding information where the unsuspicious cover signal carrying the secret information. Good steganography technique must be includes the important criterions robustness, security, imperceptibility and capacity. The improving each one of these criterions is affects on the others, because of these criterions are overlapped each other.  In this work, a good high capacity audio steganography safely method has been proposed based on LSB random replacing of encrypted cover with encrypted message bits at random positions. The research also included a capacity studying for the audio file, speech or music, by safely manner to carrying secret images, so it is difficult for unauthorized persons to suspect

Criminal Protection of Human Genome “Human Gene Editing as a Model”

Lawful protection of the human gene conceded a moral concern regarding the future of existence human. After the discovery of the human genetic map, scientific experiments and research related to the human gene increased, negative applications of genetic engineering  in particular that violate essential human rights,  the right to human dignity to be specific. These practices represent actual challenges to the existence and diversity of current and future generations. Therefore, the presence of legal rules at the domestic and global levels is an absolute necessity to prohibit these threats and determine civil and criminal accountability for those who infringe any laws related to this issue.

Serum Cystatin C as a Predictor of Acute Kidney Transplant Rejection

Background: Accurate and rapid assessment of allograft function is essential. Cystatin C has recently been proposed as an alternative marker of glomerular filtration rate (GFR). Its diagnostic value for the longitudinal assessment of graft function has not been addressed well.
Objective: To study the validity of cystatin C as an early marker and predictor of acute transplant rejection in the first week post transplantation.
Subjects and Methods: Sixty six renal transplants recipients recruited. The study conducted in four renal transplantation centers in Baghdad for the period from September to December 2011. Serum creatinine and cystatin C concentrations measured 48 hours before transplantation and day 3 a

Synthesis of porous nanoparticles and their use as a cytotoxic agent.

Background: In this study, a targeted drug delivery system has been developed based on nanoporous particles covered with cadmium sulfide and loaded with 5-flourouracil. The nanoparticles loaded drug exerts a cooperative antineoplastic activity.

Results: The development of nanoparticles loaded anticancer agent for possible application in targeted treatment of cancer where the drug release is triggered by externally applied UV irradiation. In addition, the treatment of cancer cells with drug loaded magnetic material leads to a decrease in viability of the cells due to the activity of cadmium nanoparticles. Upon exposure to low power UV light (365 nm) the loaded 5-flourouracil is released which indu

Artifacts in electrocardiogram interpreted as cardiac arrhythmias: Reports of clinical cases

Background: Artifact waves in the ECG and Holter recording are not rare in clinical practice and can be mistaken for tachyarrhythmia.

Objective: To orient the practicing physicians to differentiate these artifacts from cardiac arrhythmias.

Patients and Methods: Thirteen patients with incorrectly diagnosed cardiac arrhythmias by ECG or Holter recording then distinguished to be ECG artifacts were included in this study. The patients were collected from the author’s private practice in the northern Iraqi governorate of Sulaimanya during the period from June 2015 to August 2020. The differentiation of the artifact waves from the arrhythmias were made by careful inspection o

REMOVAL OF CHROMIUM(VI) FROM AQUEOUS SOLUTIONS USING SAWDUST AS ADSORBENT

In the present study, a low cost adsorbent is developed from the naturally available sawdust
which is biodegradable. The removal capacity of chromium(VI) from the synthetically prepared
industrial effluent of electroplating and tannery industrial is obtained.
Two modes of operation are used, batch mode and fixed bed mode. In batch experiment the
effect of Sawdust dose (4- 24g/L) with constant initial chromium(VI) concentration of 50 mg/L and
constant particle size less than1.8 mm were studied.
Batch kinetics experiments showed that the adsorption rate of chromium(VI) ion by Sawdust
was rapid and reached equilibrium within 120 min. The three models (Freundlich, Langmuir and
Freundlich-Langmuir) were fitted to exper

Spectrophotometric Determination of Sulfathiazole Using 2,4 –dinitrophenylhydrazine as Coupling Reagent

A rapid, sensitive and selective spectrophotometric method was developed for determination of sulfathiazole (STHZ) in aqueous solution. The method is based on the  oxidative coupling reaction with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (2,4-DNPH) in a basic medium (pH 10.9) in the presence of  potassium periodate to produce an intense orange colour, soluble in water , stable product and absorbs at 492 nm. Beer's law was in the linear range 2.0-28.0 μg/ml of sulfathiazole, the molar absorptivity, Sandellʼs sensitivity index and detection limit were 1.1437 ×104 liter. mol-1.cm-1,0.0223 μg.cm-2 and 0.1274 μg/ml respectively. The RSD value was  0.75 - 1.12 % depending on the concentration. This method was applied successfu

Preparation and Evaluation of Chloramphenicol as Thermosensitive Ocular in- situ Gel

The purpose of this study was to develop poloxamer-based in-situ gel of chloramphenicol aiming to increase bioavailability and prolong corneal contact time, controlling drug release, and enhancing ocular bioavailability. The in-situ gel was prepared using different concentrations of poloxamer 407 combined with hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) or carbapol 940 to achieve gelation temperature about physiological temperature and improve rheological behavior and gelling properties of poloxamer gel. The prepared formulations were evaluated for their appearance, pH, and sol-gel transition temperature. The formulations F2, F3, and F5 have a gelation temperature within the accepted range 35-370C an
