High frequency (HF) communications have an important role in long distances wireless communications. This frequency band is more important than VHF and UHF, as HF frequencies can cut longer distance with a single hopping. It has a low operation cost because it offers over-the-horizon communications without repeaters, therefore it can be used as a backup for satellite communications in emergency conditions. The use of Cosine transform to analyze the model-noise pattern alteration with different vibration model applied on multimode fiber optics are studied. It's results compared with the Fourier transform to perform the same analysis using total frequency difference and the computation time, which almost coincide for the both transforms. The ground state proton, neutron and matter densities of exotic ¹¹Be and ¹⁵C nuclei are studied by means of the TFSM and BCM. In TFSM, the calculations are based on using different model spaces for the core and the valence (halo) neutron. Besides single particle harmonic oscillator wave functions are employed with two different size parameters  B_c and B_v.  In BCM, the halo nucleus is considered as a composite projectile consisting of core and valence clusters bounded in a state of relative motion.
