Methodology: Three cohorts groups of patients attending Baghdad TB institute and TB center in Al-Sader city
were followed retrospectively. The 1st cohort included (314) patients registered in year (2003), the 2nd cohort
included (327) patients registered in year (2004), the 3rd cohort included (321) patients registered in year
(2005). The collected data were analyzed for case detection, treatment outcomes, retreatment outcomes,
treatment success, and retreatment success in regard to time, age and sex.

The present study is carried out to identify the algae in the groundwater of the three areas of Tikrit city, including (the center of Tikrit , the region of AL-Jazira , Awainat village) by nine wells, a depths ranged between 9 meter at well 8 and 110 meter at wells 3 and 5 . And examined the environmental characteristics of physical, chemical and biological factors during the study period from September 2009 to June 2010. It is obtained that wells in the study area is lower alkalinity, average it ranged (6.448-7.418). This field experiment, was conducted to investigate a comparison of two methods for harvesting potatoes: mechanical and handy when using moldboard and chisel plow for primary tillage and three different distances for planting tubers in the rows 15, 25, and 35 cm in silt clay loam soil south of Baghdad. The factorial experiment followed a randomized complete block design with three replications using L.S.D. 5 % and 1 %. Mechanical harvest recorded the best valid potato tubers at 88.78 %, marketable yield of 31.74 ton. ha-1, efficiency lifted 95.68 %, tubers damage index 28.41, speeding up the harvesting process and reducing time and effort. Congenital toxoplasmosis (CT) and congenital rubella (CR) infections are well-known causes potentially leading to devastating consequences. This report aims to address the prevalence of each of these infections among suspected infants in a pediatric hospital in Baghdad.
