The cathodic deposition of zinc from simulated chloride wastewater was used to characterize the mass transport properties of a flow-by fixed bed electrochemical reactor composed of vertical stack  of stainless steel nets, operated in batch-recycle mode. This study was performd on 50 serum specimens of patients with type 2 diabetes, in addition, 50 normal specimens were investigated as control group. The activity rate of LAP in patients (560.46 10.504) I.U/L and activity rate of LAP in healthy(10.58 4.39)I.U/L.The results of the study reveal that Leucine aminopeptidase (LAP) activity of type 2 diabetes patient s serum shows a high signifiacant increase (p < 0.001) compare to healthy subjects. A procedure for the mutual derivatization and determination of thymol and Dapsone was developed and validated in this study. Dapsone was used as the derivatizing agent for the determination of thymol, and thymol was used as the derivatizing agent for the determination of Dapsone. An optimization study was performed for the derivatization reaction; i.e., the diazonium coupling reaction. Linear regression calibration plots for thymol and Dapsone in the direct reaction were constructed at 460 nm, within the concentration range of 0.3-7 μg ml-1 for thymol and 0.3-4 μg ml-1 for Dapsone, with limits of detection 0.086 and 0.053 μg ml-1, respectively. Genetic variation was studied in 22 local and imported samples collected from local Iraqi market by using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD-PCR). Five randomly primers set were used in this study. These primers produced 292 bands. Molecular weights of these bands ranged between 1.8 Kb (1800 bp) to 150 bp. The percentage of polymorphic bands is 100%, with one distinguished band which is produced by using C52 primer. The other primers did not produce any distinguished band. The results of Dendrogram of the studied samples depended on RAPD-PCR results by using Jaccard coefficient for genetic similarity was distributed the samples into 8 groups.
