The method includes direct charge transfer complexation of doxycycline withp-Bromanil in acetonitrileto form a colored complex. The intensely colored product formed was quantified based on the absorption band at 377 nm under optimum condition. Beer’s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 1–50 μg.mL-1 with molar absorptivity of 1.5725x104 L.mol-1.cm-1, Sandell's sensitivity index (0.0283) μg.cm-2, detection limit of 0.1064 μg.mL-1, quantification limit 0.3224 μg.mL-1 and association constant of the formed complex (0.75x103). In this paper, we study and investigate the quark anti-quark interaction mechanism through the annihilation process. The production of photons in association with interaction quark and gluon in the annihilation process. We investigate the effect of critical temperature, strength coupling and photons energy in terms of the quantum chromodynamics model theory framework. We find that the use of large critical temperature Tc =134 allows us to dramatically increase the strength coupling of quarks interaction. Its sensitivity to decreasing in photons rate with respect to strength coupling estimates. We also discuss the effect of photons energy on the rate of the photon , such as energies in range (1.5 to 5 GeV).The photons rate increases

In this work laser detection and tracking system (LDTS) is designed and implemented using a fuzzy logic controller (FLC). A 5 mW He-Ne laser system and an array of nine PN photodiodes are used in the detection system. The FLC is simulated using MATLAB package and the result is stored in a lock up table to use it in the real time operation of the system. The results give a good system response in the target detection and tracking in the real time operation.
