Different environmental and nutritional conditions were used to optimize biofilm formation using microtitre plate assay by P. aeruginosa. Five subsurface sections covering the entire length of the Jeribe Limestone Formation (Early Middle Miocene) were studied from four oilfields in northern Iraq.
