The transition of professionals between different sectors is considered as one of sources of
acquisition of technology and will lead to add the practical experience to them. This experience
depending on different factors like: the scientific degree and practical experience by the
professionals, the technology possessed by the transferor sector, the duration that spent by
experienced in transferor sector, the type of work performed by professional….etc.
The research aims to verify the affect of these factors in technology transfer process.
Research reached that the technology transfer process which is depending on the Iraqi competencies
in work is unsatisfied level between Iraqi organizations because there are different obstacles behind
this. Research diagnosed such obstacles as well as the procedures that followed-up by professionals
to serve this process.
The present study is concerned with the concept of ethics academically. It aims to investigate the major problems that contemporary Iraqi society suffers from; on top of which is the problem of sectarian and religious intolerance. Such a problem has a major role in the emergence of extremism and terrorism. It further destabilizes the security and stability of the country, exposing, as a result, the lives of citizens to the danger of genocide, disintegrating the social structure, stopping the wheel of development, rampant corruption, and deteriorating the political, social, moral and economic situation. For this purpose, two treatments plot (with SWRT and without using SWRT) were adopted during 93 days of cultivation. The study was conducted in open field within Al-Fahamah Township, Baghdad, Iraq during summer growing season 2017. In this investigation, metal matrix composites (MMCs) were manufactured by using powder technology. Aluminum 6061 is reinforced with two different ceramics particles (SiC and B4C) with different volume fractions as (3, 6, 9 and 12 wt. %).
