In this  research,  We  study the effect  of  irradiation  by  gamma rays from (Cs137) source  for the period time (21) days on optical propertices such as absorption coeffeicient ()and  energy gap (Eg) for  copper oxides thin films (CuO) prepared by the chemical spray pyrolysis and deposited on glass substrates at (350oC) for two different thicknesses  (  1000Ã…and 3000Ã…) .

In this research CdTe and CdTe: Cu thin films with different doping ratios (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) %, were deposited by thermal evaporation technique under vacuum on glass substrates at room temperature in thickness 450 nm.      The measurements of electrical conductivity (σ), and activation energies (Ea1, Ea2),  have been investigated on (CdTe) thin films as a function of doping ratios, as well as the effect of the heat treatment at (373, 423, and 473) K° for one hour on these measurements were calculated and all results are discussed.     The electrical conductivity measurements show all films prepared contain two types of transport mechanisms, and the electrical conductivity (σ) increases where

In this study, functional composite hydrogels with photo Fenton reaction activity were used to decompose organic contaminants. Fe₃O₄ Nanoparticle, chitosan (CS), and other materials make up the hydrogel. There are different factors that affected Photo-Fenton activity including (pH, H₂O₂ conc., temp., and exposure period). Strong acids were determined via the precipitation reaction of loaded copper (II) ion on strong cation exchange resin which in turn reacts with potassium hyxacyano ferrate (II). The attenuation effect of formed precipitate Cu2 [Fe (CN) 6] on (0 -180o) incident LED light was measurement via homemade AYAH 5SX4-ST-5D solar CFI analyser. Optimum parameters were 0.005M.L-1 [Fe(CN)6]-4 , flow rate of 2.4 mL.min-1 , sample volume 204 μL , sample purge time of 64 seconds was chosen, and 1.6 V for light intensity.
