This work aims to show the nature of the relationship between management by walking around  (the independent variable) and strategic renewal (the dependent variable), as well as it shows the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. This  investigation was conducted to recognize the structure for (RHETI version 2.5  1999) by using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Sample of (620) student of Al-Mustansrya University were administered the (RHETI).

The data of their responses was analyzed by using (PAF) and oblique rotating .

The huge amount of information in the internet makes rapid need of text
summarization. Text summarization is the process of selecting important sentences
from documents with keeping the main idea of the original documents. This paper
proposes a method depends on Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to
Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The first step in our model is based on extracting seven
features for each sentence in the documents set. Multiple Linear Regression (MLR)
is then used to assign a weight for the selected features. Then TOPSIS method
applied to rank the sentences. The sentences with high scores will be selected to be

Far infrared photoconductive detectors based on multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were fabricated and their characteristics were tested. MWCNTs films deposited on porous silicon (PSi) nanosurface by dip and drop coating techniques. Two types of deposited methods were used; dip coating sand drop –by-drop methods. As well as two types of detector were fabricated one with aluminum mask and the other without, and their figures of merits were studied.
