Temperature Effect on Power Drop of Different Photovoltaic Modules

Solar module operating temperature is the second major factor affects the performance of solar photovoltaic panels after the amount of solar radiation. This paper presents a performance comparison of mono-crystalline Silicon (mc-Si), poly-crystalline Silicon (pc-Si), amorphous Silicon (a-Si) and Cupper Indium Gallium di-selenide (CIGS) photovoltaic technologies under Climate Conditions of Baghdad city. Temperature influence on the solar modules electric output parameters was investigated experimentally and their temperature coefficients was calculated. These temperature coefficients are important for all systems design and sizing. The experimental results revealed that the pc-Si module showed a decrease in open circuit voltage by -0.0912V/ºC while mc-Si and a-Si had nearly -0.07V/ºC and the CIGS has -0.0123V/ºC.  The results showed a slightly increase in short circuit current with temperature increasing about 0.3mA/ºC ,4.4mA/ºC and 0.9mA/ºC for mc-Si , pc-Si and both a-Si and CIGS. The mc-Si had the largest drop in output power about -0.1353W/ºC while -0.0915, -0.0114 and -0.0276 W/ºC for pc-Si, a-Si and CIGS respectively. The amorphous silicon is the more suitable module for high operation temperature but it has the lowest conversion efficiency between the tested modules.

Studying the effect of Different wt % AL2O3 Nanoparticles of 2024Al Alloy / AL2O3 Composites on Mechanical Properties

Nano-reinforcement effect on PMMA denture base mechanical properties after immersing in different solution

Synthesis Of Nanostructured TiO2 Thin Films By Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) And The Effect Of Annealing Temperature On Structural And Morphological Properties

  In this work, nanostructured TiO2 thin films were grown by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique on glass substrates. TiO2 thin films then were annealed at 400-600 °C in air for a period of 2 hours. Effect of annealing on the structural and morphological were studied. Many growth parameters have been considered to specify the optimum conditions, namely substrate temperature (300 °C), oxygen pressure (10-2 Torr), laser fluence energy density (0.4 J/cm2), using double frequency Q-switching Nd:YAG laser beam (wavelength 532nm), repetition rate  (1-6 Hz) and the pulse duration of 10 ns. Essential T- Weak Supplemented Modules

An R-module M is called ET-H-supplemented module if for each submodule X of M, there exists a direct summand D of M, such that T⊆X+K if and only if T⊆D+K, for every essential submodule K of M and T M. Also, let T, X and Y be submodules of a module M , then we say that Y is ET-weak supplemented of X in M if T⊆X+Y and (X⋂Y M. Also, we say that M is ET-weak supplemented module if each submodule of M has an ET-weak supplement in M. We give many characterizations of the ET-H-supplemented module and the ET-weak supplement. Also, we give the relation between the ET-H-supplemented and ET-lifting modules, along with the relationship between the ET weak -supplemented and ET-lifting modules.

2-prime submodules of modules

      Let R be a commutative ring with unity. And let E be a unitary R-module. This paper introduces the notion of 2-prime submodules as a generalized concept of 2-prime ideal, where proper submodule H of module F over a ring R is said to be 2-prime if , for r R and x F implies that  or . we prove many properties for this kind of submodules, Let H is a submodule of module F over a ring R then H is a 2-prime submodule if and only if [N ] is a 2-prime submodule of E, where r R. Performance Analysis of Four Conceptual Designs for the Air Based Photovoltaic / Thermal Collectors
