This research deals with increasing the hardening and insulating the petroleum pipes against the conditions and erosion of different environments. So, basic material of epoxy has been mixed with Ceramic Nano Zirconia reinforcement material 35 nm with the percentages  (0,1,2,3,4,5) %, whereas the paint basis of broken petroleum pipes was used  to paint on it, then it was cut into dimensions (2 cm. × 2 cm.) and 0.3cm high. This paper introduces a relationship between the independence of polynomials associated with the links of the network, and the Jacobian determinant of these polynomials. Also, it presents a way to simplify a given communication network through an algorithm that splits the network into subnets and reintegrates them into a network that is a general representation or model of the studied network. This model is also represented through a combination of polynomial equations and uses Groebner bases to reach a new simplified network equivalent to the given network, which may make studying the ability to solve the problem of network coding less expensive and much easier.

Then the tridentate Schiff base ligand type ONO was synthesized from the reaction of the precursor with salicyaldehyde in 1:1 mole ratio to produce the ligand H2L [2-(2-(naphthalen5-yl) diazenyl)-4-(2-hydroxynaphthalen-3-yl)methyleneamino)-3-hydroxy salicyalene-1-sulfonic acid],the reaction achieved in methanol as a solvent under reflux. Spectroscopic methods IR, U.V, 1H,13C-NMR was used to characterize the ligand. Complexes of [CrIII, CoII, NiII and CdII] ions were also prepared through reaction of ligand with metal salts in 2:1 mole ratio at reflux,
