This study aims to investigate the types of impoliteness strategies used in Putin's speech at the annexation ceremony. All of Putin's speeches were intentionally delivered to cause damage to the hearers' negative and positive faces. Culpeper's (2011) classifications of impoliteness, which consist of five strategies that are the opposite of politeness, were adopted. The data were collected from the President of Russia, providing a rich source for analysis. Qualitative and quantitative analyses were employed to achieve the study objectives.   This research presents the results of the tests of the physical, chemical and biological treatments performed on the industrial effluent of Al-Rashid Factory for vegetable oils during January to July, 2010.      Some environmental parameters such as temperature, electrical conductivity(ec), Biological oxygen demand(bod), chemical oxygen demand(cod), total suspended solids(tss), dissolved oxygen(o2) and total dissolved solids(tdc) have been investigated.        Hydrothermal process method using different dimensions reactors with volume 100 ml (homemade) was employed to prepare titanium sub-oxide Ti₆O₁₁, where  one gram of TiO₂ nanoparticles 30-50 nm and 3M (20 ml) of NaOH as suspension was used . The samples are characterized using X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, and Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM). X-ray diffraction revealed the formation of sub- oxide titanium Ti₆O₁₁ of triclinic structure with Magneli phase, when the temperature applied was 363K for 9h.While FE-SEM showed uniform hierarchical structures with planar grass-like shapes. A novel phase has been found from rutile titanium.
