Breast tumor patients generally have more oxidative stress than normal females. This was clear from significant decrease (P<0.05) in tissue GSSG-Red activity. The study had found that free radicals in malignant breast tumors were higher than benign tumors, therefore the GSH- Red might be used as markers for prognosis of the disease. Results of molecular characterization show optimum enzyme concentration substrate conc., optimum pH, temperature & time & effect of some (chemotherapies in constant conectrations) for GSSG-Red activity.

The present study intends to prepare nanofibers mat of polyacrylonitrile by electrospinning technique and investigates their adsorption capacity to Congo red dye from the aqueous solution, after characterize it by different techniques such as FTIR, SEM, EDA, XRD and BET. The influence factors on adsorption were studied including adsorbent dosage, initial concentration, contact time, pH and ionic strength. The results confirmed that the increasing in pH decreases the adsorption capacity. So, the optimum adsorbent dosage, initial concentration and contact time were 0.006 g, 25 mg/L and 150 min respectively.                  The research aimed to test the relationship between the size of investment allocations in the agricultural sector in Iraq and their determinants using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method compared to the Error Correction Model (ECM) approach. The time series data for the period from 1990 to 2021 was utilized. This paper presents a comparative study between different oil production enhancement scenarios in the Saadi tight oil reservoir located in the Halfaya Iraqi oil field. The reservoir exhibits poor petrophysical characteristics, including medium pore size, low permeability (reaching zero in some areas), and high porosity of up to 25%.
