Vibration Measurement and Analysis of knee-Ankle-Foot Orthosis (KAFO) Metal-Metal type

This paper deals with calculate stresses in Knee-Ankle-Foot-Orthosis as a result of the effect vibration during gait cycle for patient wearing KAFO .Experimental part included measurement interface pressure between KAFO and leg due to action muscles and body weigh on Orthosis. also measurement acceleration result from motion of defected leg by accelerometer .Results of Experimental part used input in theoretical part so as to calculate stresses result from applying pressure and acceleration on KAFO by engineering analysis program ANSYS 14.Resultes show stresses values in upper KAFO greater than lower KAFO that is back to muscles more effective in thigh part lead to recoding pressure higher than pressure in shank part.

Gypseous soil from Tikrit governorate area was obtained and subjected to various physical and chemical analysis to determine its properties. Steel rectangular footing (400x200x20) mm is manufactured. Some coordination complexes of Co(??), Ni(??), Cu(??), Cd(??) and Hg(??) are reacted in ethanol with Schiff base ligand derived from of 2,4,6- trihydroxybenzophenone and 3-aminophenol using microwave irradiation and then reacted with metal salts in ethanol as a solvent in 1:2 ratio (metal: ligand). The ligand [H4L] is characterized by FTIR, UV-Vis, C.H.N, 1H-NMR,13C-NMR, and mass spectra. The metal complexes are characterized by atomic absorption, infrared spectra, electronic spectra, molar conductance, (C.H.N for Ni(??) complex) and magnetic moment measurements. PM3 and DFT (6-311G/ B3LYP) level calculations were carried out for the 5Radialene molecule, which is exhibit D5h symmetry. The obtained equilibrium geometry was applied for the calculation of all 3N−6 vibration frequencies, and for the analysis of its normal coordinates and symmetry species, in addition to some physical properties such as heat of formation, total energy, dipole moment and energy difference of HOMO and LUMO levels (ΔELUMO-HOMO), using Gaussian-03 program. The so calculated frequencies according to DFT (6-311G/ B3LYP) fall in the ranges;
