The main objective of present work is to describe the feasibility of friction stir welding (FSW) for
joining of low carbon steel with dimensions (3 mm X 80 mm X 150 mm). A matrix (3×3) of welding
parameters (welding speed and tool rotational speed) was used to see influence of each parameter on
properties of welded joint .Series of (FSW) experiments were conducted using CNC milling machine
utilizing the wide range of rotational speed and transverse speed of the machine. Effect of welding
parameters on mechanical properties of weld joints were investigated using different mechanical tests
including (tensile and microhardness tests ). Micro structural change during (FSW) process was
studied and different welding zones were investigated using optical microscope. The stir welding
experiments conducted that show the low carbon steel can be welded using (FSW) process with
maximum welding efficiency (100.02%) in terms of ultimate tensile strength using best result of
welding parameters (700 RPM, 25 mm/min, tool rotational speed and welding speed respectively and
0.2 mm plunging depth of welding tool) ,there is afirst time that we obtain the efficiency reach to
100.02 % to weld this type of low carbon steel by FSW. The corrosion resistance was measure which
is the new test on the welding by this way and we obtained different result from the result on
traditional welding processes and the result that obtained show the corrosion resistance for this
welding plate better than the base metal. Maximum temperature has been calculated numerically by
using the ANSYS program. The obtained peak temperature is 1102°C, A percentage minimum of the
melting point .
Background. Material tribology has widely expanded in scope and depth and is extended from the mechanical field to the biomedical field. The present study aimed to characterize the nanocoating of highly pure (99.9%) niobium (Nb), tantalum (Ta), and vanadium (V) deposited on 316L stainless steel (SS) substrates which considered the most widely used alloys in the manufacturing of SS orthodontic components. To date, the coating of SS orthodontic archwires with Nb, Ta, and V using a plasma sputtering method has never been reported. Nanodeposition was performed using a DC plasma sputtering system with three different sputtering times (1, 2, and 3 hours). Results. Structural and elemental analyses were conducted on the deposited coating

However, the relationship between obesity and LBP remain to date unsupported by an objective measurement of the mechanical behavior of spine and it is morphology in obese subjects. . Objectives: To identify the relationship between obesity and LBP regarding (height, weight, sleeping, chronic diseases, smoking, and steroid). Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted from the first of January 2016 to January 2018 in obe

Lasers can now be regarded as practical tools with unique properties that have been utilized effectively in several applications in fields of medical and biological sciences. Objectives: The aim of the current study was to preparation of vaccines (live attenuated and killed) by irradiation of the bacteria by the low level diode laser. Methods: six bacterial isolates were isolated from human samples of diabetic foot infections, which used for preparation of vaccines. The experiment was conducted on fifteen adult male rabbits; they were divided into three groups with 5 rabbits each. Blood samples were collected from the marginal ear vein

Low miller indices of various surface terminations of δ3-MoN and δ-WN namely, (100), (110), (111), and (001) have been considered. Initial cleaving of δ3-MoN bulk unit cell offers separate Mo and N terminations signified as δ3-MoN (100): Mo, δ3-MoN(100):N, δ3-MoN(111):Mo, δ3-MoN(111):Mo, and δ3-MoN(001):Mo. However, the (110) plane reveals mix-truncated with both molybdenum and nitrogen atoms i

In this research, the non-thermal plasma system is designed with diameter (3 mm, 10 mm) Argon at atmospheric pressure as well as to be suitable for use in medical and biotechnological applications.
The thermal description of this system was studied and we observed the effect of the diameter of the plasma needle on the plasma, when the plasma needle slot is increased the plasma temperature decrease, as well as the effect of the voltages applied to the temperature of the plasma, where the temperature increasing with increasing the applied voltage . My study here is about the (possible for itself) features especially in the (Alashaira) opinion, also I touch to the other logicians opinions, I clarified these features concisely in the preface to be clear in front of the reader, I made it in two studies and five subjects.I talked about the meaning of the existence in the ((possible for itself) theme, and I clarified its types in the logicians and the philosophers' opinions, through which the existence and the nonexistence are equal in it, as it cannot be existed nor be nonsexist unless with a separated reason, and there is no necessity to oblige its existence, or its nonexistence is impossible. Then I talked about the outweighing of the (possible for itself) as one side of the exi
