A An Authentication and Access Control Model for Healthcare based Cloud Services
...Show More Authors

Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems are used as an efficient and effective method of exchanging patients’ health information with doctors and other key stakeholders in the health sector to obtain improved patient treatment decisions and diagnoses. As a result, questions regarding the security of sensitive user data are highlighted. To encourage people to move their sensitive health records to cloud networks, a secure authentication and access control mechanism that protects users’ data should be established. Furthermore, authentication and access control schemes are essential in the protection of health data, as numerous responsibilities exist to ensure security and privacy in a network. So, the main goal of our suggested solution is to maintain a secure authentication and access control mechanism for health cloud data. Thus, in this work, Security Secret Key Provider (SSKP) phase is proposed for the E-healthcare-based cloud that consists of two parts. The first is an authentication scheme that is Security Secret Key (SSK) and the second is a modular access control mechanism. We explain the methodology of the proposed approach through appropriate evaluation results, which improves system security and performance by minimizing the time spent to get authentication and access the data. Simulation results indicate that our approach is significantly more effective than existing research.

Spatial Disparities of Primary Education Services in Sulaimaniyah Province
...Show More Authors

Levels of primary education are varying in Sulaimaniyah Province, which defines as a lower stage of education process and seems to be found in most settlements to save the individual and community from illiteracy in its traditional notion which means the individuals, potentiality for reading and writing if he/she graduated from this stage successfully. The research can put the priority for goodness of primary education service within Sulaimaniyah Province that includes Sulaimaniyah city as a dominance based on statistical indicator which called the standardized score (z). The indicator (z) calculated for the basic items of primary education to diagnosis the range of developing that service in Sulaimaniyah city especially and put

An Instructional Design According to the constructivism Model for Chemistry Subject and Its Effect on the Life Skill by the Second Intermediate Female Students
...Show More Authors

The research aims to identify the effect of teaching-learning design based on the constructivism theory on the life skills of middle stage students. The sample consisted of (60) students from one of the middle schools in Baghdad's governorate. The experimental group and control group consisted of 30 students for each group, the research tool was the life skills scale composed of (78) items. The scale proved its validity and reliability, which was found to be (0.85). The results showed a statistically significant difference in life skills between the two groups of research in favor of the experimental group, which studied the educational design according to models of constructivism theory compared to the usual method of teaching.

An Experimental Study of the Server-based Unfairness Solutions for the Cross-Protocol Scenario of Adaptive Streaming over HTTP/3 and HTTP/2
...Show More Authors

Since the introduction of the HTTP/3, research has focused on evaluating its influences on the existing adaptive streaming over HTTP (HAS). Among these research, due to irrelevant transport protocols, the cross-protocol unfairness between the HAS over HTTP/3 (HAS/3) and HAS over HTTP/2 (HAS/2) has caught considerable attention. It has been found that the HAS/3 clients tend to request higher bitrates than the HAS/2 clients because the transport QUIC obtains higher bandwidth for its HAS/3 clients than the TCP for its HAS/2 clients. As the problem originates from the transport layer, it is likely that the server-based unfairness solutions can help the clients overcome such a problem. Therefore, in this paper, an experimental study of the se

Vibration Control Analysis of a Smart Flexible Cantilever Beam Using Smart Material
...Show More Authors

This paper features the modeling and design of a pole placement and output Feedback control technique for the Active Vibration Control (AVC) of a smart flexible cantilever beam for a Single Input Single Output (SISO) case. Measurements and actuation actions done by using patches of piezoelectric layer, it is bonded to the master structure as sensor/actuator at a certain position of the cantilever beam.
The smart structure is modeled based on the concept of piezoelectric theory, Bernoulli -Euler beam theory, using Finite Element Method (FEM) and the state space techniques. The number of modes is reduced using the controllability and observability grammians retaining the first three
dominant vibratory modes, and for the reduced syste

Bipedal Robots: A Systematic Review of Dynamical Models, Balance Control Strategies, and Locomotion Methods
...Show More Authors

Bipedal robots, designed to replicate human locomotion, face significant balance challenges due to instability and high degrees of freedom. This study examines dynamical models, balance control strategies, and locomotion methodologies. Dynamical models are categorized into simplified, centroidal dynamics, and whole-body dynamics models. Simplified models, such as the Linear Inverted Pendulum Model (LIPM), approximate the robot as a point mass at the Center of Mass (CoM) but neglect upper-body dynamics and complex terrain interactions. Centroidal dynamics models incorporate CoM motion, contact forces, and angular momentum for improved disturbance rejection but require extensive computational resources. Whole-body models achieve high

Enhancement of Hybrid Solar Air Conditioning System using a New Control Strategy
...Show More Authors

Enhancement of the performance for hybrid solar air conditioning system was presented in this paper. The refrigerant temperature leaving the condenser was controlled using three-way valve, this valve was installed after the compressor to regulate refrigerant flow rate towards the solar system. A control system using data logger, sensors and computer was proposed to set the opening valve ratio. The function of control program using LabVIEW software is to obtain a minimum refrigerant temperature from the condenser outlet to enhance the overall COP of the unit by increasing the degree of subcooled refrigerant. A variable load electrical heater with coiled pipe was used instead of the solar collector and the storage tank to simulate the sola

Existence And Controllability Results For Fractional Control Systems In Reflexive Banach Spaces Using Fixed Point Theorem
...Show More Authors

In this paper, a fixed point theorem of nonexpansive mapping is established to study the existence and sufficient conditions for the controllability of nonlinear fractional control systems in reflexive Banach spaces. The result so obtained have been modified and developed in arbitrary space having Opial’s condition by using fixed point theorem deals with nonexpansive mapping defined on a set has normal structure. An application is provided to show the effectiveness of the obtained result.
