The study introduces the twentieth century background where the image of teacher is shaped by various factors according to the wide emergence of new educational institutions in the aftermath of the Second World War.      The objective of this paper is, first, study a new collection of sets such as field and we discuss the properties of this collection. Second, introduce a new concepts related to the field such as measure on field, outer measure on field and we obtain some important results deals with these concepts. Third, introduce the concept of null-additive on field as a generalization of the concept of measure on field. Furthermore, we establish new concept related to - field noted by weakly null-additive on field as a generalizations of the concepts of measure on and null-additive. Those galaxies are at a redshift of 0.001 - 0.5 and have magnitudes of g = 17 - 20. Five subsamples of galaxies at redshifts of (0.001 - 0.1), (0.1 - 0.2), (0.2 - 0.3), (0.3 - 0.4) and (0.4 - 0.5) have been extracted from the main sample.
