Developmental enamel defects in primary teeth have been found at least twice as frequently in disabled children as in control children. The suggested approach is based on boosting the sensitivity of the traditional spectrometric methods by derivatizing Sitagliptin into a colored product that absorbs the visible spectrum at 573 nm.
