The fractional calculus approach is introduced to establish the constitutive relationship of the generalized Burgers’ fluid. In this research, an experimental study was conducted to high light the impact of the exterior shape of a cylindrical body on the forced and free convection heat transfer coefficients when the body is hold in the entrance of an air duct. The sample consists of 158 faculty members in five private colleges in Baghdad. This research investigates the importance of social accounting and the auditor’s report. It basically checks if there is an impact of social accounting on the auditor’s report at the availability the INTOSAI standards No. (1700 and 1706).
