The research dealt with the effect of Kut Barrage on the geomorphological processes and the natural environment system in the course of the Tigris between the cities of Al-Ahrar and Kut in central Iraq. It was clear from the research the contribution of Kut Barrage in changing the surface runoff system between the front and back of the barrage, as well as changing the type of processes and the prevailing geomorphic forms, as the sedimentation activates the front of the barrage and erosion at its back, which affected the change in the morphology of the river, sediment retention at the front of the barrage, the burial of the bottom and reducing the validity of the stream. This study aimed at recognizing the impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan, the axes of the strategy were: informative sharing, free and independence, working teams, and organizational power. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire is designed and distributed on the sample of the study, which represented 60 employees of Banks. After analyzing the data by using SPSS, the study resulted that there is positive impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan. It suggested that the working banks in Jordan should establish database, and to create working teams.

    In this research we prepared PbS thin films with vacuum thermo evaporation process and  chemical spray pyrolysis.         Structure properties were studied for PbS thin films through (XRD) measurement. PbS thin films growth appear as Polycrystalline cubic and sharp peak with directional (200) then  calculated   Lattice constant (a) and the values are (5.9358)Ã… for (PbS) films prepared by thermo evaporation , (2.978-5.969 Ã…) for films prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis at temperature degree   (553K , 573K)  sequence .Then it was found that the grain size for (PbS) thin films prepared by thermo evaporation is (335.81)Ã… while the grai
