The electric submersible pump, also known as ESP, is a highly effective artificial lift method widely used in the oil industry due to its ability to deliver higher production rates compared to other artificial lift methods. In principle, ESP is a multistage centrifugal pump that converts kinetic energy into dynamic hydraulic pressure necessary to lift fluids at a higher rate with lower bottomhole pressure, especially in oil wells under certain bottomhole condition fluid, and reservoir characteristics. However, several factors and challenges can complicate the completion and optimum development of ESP deployed wells, which need to be addressed to optimize its performance by maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs and uncertainties.       Landsat7 of Enhanced thematic mapper plus (ETM+) was launched on April 15,  1999. Four years later, images start degrading due to the scan line corrector (SLC). SLC is a malfunction that results in pixel gaps in images captured by the sensor of Landsat7. The pixel gap regions extend from about one pixel near the image center and reach up to about 14 pixels in width near the image edge. The shape of this loss is like a zigzag line; however, there are different studies about repairing these gaps. The challenge of all studies depends on retrieving inhomogeneous areas because the homogenous area can be retrieved quickly depending on the surrounding area. The aim of this research is to develop mechanical properties of a new aluminium-lithium-copper alloy. This alloy prepared under control atmosphere by casting in a permanent metal mould. The microstructure was examined and mechanical properties were tested before and after heat treatment to study the influence of heat treatment on its mechanical properties including; modulus of elasticity, tensile strength, impact, and fatigue. The results showed that the modulus of elasticity of the prepared alloy is higher than standard alloy about 2%. While the alloy that heat treated for 6 h and cooled in water, then showed a higher ultimate tensile stress comparing with as-cast alloy. The homogenous heat treatment gives best fatigue
