There have been a number of positive developments in inclusive education in many different countries, recognizing that all students, including those with disabilities, have a right to education. In contest of the serious crimes committed by the gangs of the terrorist, it was necessary to shed light on how to prevent their impunity. The result revealed that the peak of population density of cabbage aphid Brevicoryne brassicae was 523.20 individuals/plant on 21 March in edges of rapeseed field and was 1141.67 individuals/plant in center of the field.
