The single-particle wave functions of harmonic-oscillator (HO) potential are used with two different oscillator parameters bRcoreR and bRhaloR. According to this model, the core nucleons of P18PC nucleus are assumed to move in the model space of spsdpf. The purpose of this study was to determine the prevalence of silent kidney stones in a sample of Baghdad population and consider how this value could affect the justification for a screening system. Some of the characters of the Staphylolysin A and D enzymes purified from Pseudomonas aeruginosa P16 and P5 respectively were studied, the molecular weights of Staphylolysin A and D were 20.417 kilo dalton and 23.988 kilo Dalton respectively by SDS- polyacryl amide gel electrophoresis.
