In this research, the effect of the rotation variable on the peristaltic flow of Sutterby fluid in an asymmetric channel with heat transfer is investigated. The modeling of mathematics is created in the presence of the effect of rotation, using constitutive equations following the Sutterby fluid model. In flow analysis, assumptions such as long wave length approximation and low Reynolds number are utilized. The resulting nonlinear equation is numerically solved using the perturbation method. In spite of increasing clinical cases which caused by enteroviruses transferred by water and no documents about entericviruses in the Iraqi water standards. The use of coliphages as an indicator of enteroviruses and fecal pollution were suggested two procedures were applied . The first is Two-Step Enrichment Method and the second is Single Agar Layer Method. Both methods gives good results in Identification of coliphages through testing fifty different water samples (Tap water, Surface water and Bottled water) the study shows the presence of coliphages in fourteen samples.

The surplus glycerol produced from biodiesel production process as a by-product with high quantity can be considered as a good source to prepare glycerol carbonate (GC) whereas with each 1000 kg from biodiesel obtains 100 kg from glycerol. Glycerol converted to glycerol carbonate over bio-char as a catalyst prepared by slow pyrolysis process under various temperatures from 400 ᴼC to 800 ᴼC. The char prepared at 700 ᴼC considered as a best one between the others which was manufactured to activate the transesterification reaction.      This study explored the preservative effects of the alcoholic leaves’ extract of Ficus carica plant on beef refrigerated for 15 days. Phytochemical analysis showed that the plant extract contained terpenoids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and alkaloids. Furthermore, the alcoholic extract of plants significantly reduced the total viable counts of psychrotrophic bacteria, pathogenic bacteria (Proteus, Salmonella typhimiurum, Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus), and yeasts (Candida kruse, Candida lambica, and Zygosaccharomyces) isolated from meat samples, particularly at 100 and 200 mg/ml concentrations.
