Char formation is subdivided into three lithological types according to the percentage of detrital quartz and calcite (micrite and sparite), through the petrographic study of 13 thin sections collected from a section at Wadi Al-Ratgha (west of Al-Qaim, Iraq Western Desert). To study the comparative use of some soil minerals (zeolite, bentonite, phosphate rock, and limestone) in the adsorption and release of lead and its removal rates from its aqueous solutions using adsorption equations. Two laboratory experiments were carried out for the adsorption and release of lead. The adsorption experiment took 0.5 g of some of the above soil minerals. Lead was added as Pb (NO3)2 at levels of 3.0, 2.0, 1.5, 1.0, 0.5, and 0.0 mmol L-1 containing a concentration of 0.01M of calcium chloride. Reaction of  p-fluoro benzoic acid with the thiosemicarbazide and salcialdehyde gave the new bidentate ligand .The prepared ligand Identified by FT-I.R and U.V-Visible spectcopic technique .Treatment of the prepared   ligand   with following metal ions  M=Tb(III),Eu(III),Nd(III) and La(III) ,in ethanol with a (1:1) M:L ratio and at pH=7 yielded series of neutral complexes as the general formula  [M LCl (H O ]. A field experiment was conducted in an agricultural field in Al-Hindia district, Karbala governorate in a silty clay soil during the year 2020. The research included a study of two factors, the first is the depth of plowing at two levels, namely 13 and 20 cm, which represented the main blocks. The second is the tire inflation pressure at two levels, namely (70 and 140 kPa), which represented the secondary blocks. Mixed metal ligand complexes is reported with Curcumin (CUM) as a primary ligand and 1:10-phenanthroline (phen ) as secondary ligand.
