Frequent data in weather records is essential for forecasting, numerical model development, and research, but data recording interruptions may occur for various reasons. So, this study aims to find a way to treat these missing data and know their accuracy by comparing them with the original data values. The mean method was used to treat daily and monthly missing temperature data. The results show that treating the monthly temperature data for the stations (Baghdad, Hilla, Basra, Nasiriya, and Samawa) in Iraq for all periods (1980-2020), the percentage for matching between the original and the treating values did not exceed (80%). Bram Stoker’s Dracula (1897) portrays female characters who embody this transition in female roles from the domestic wife to the New Woman. In this paper, the general framework for calculating the stability of equilibria, Hopf bifurcation of a delayed prey-predator system with an SI type of disease in the prey population, is investigated. The impact of the incubation period delay on disease transmission utilizing a nonlinear incidence rate was taken into account. For the purpose of explaining the predation process, a modified Holling type II functional response was used. An ecological model consisting of prey-predator system involving the prey’s fear is proposed and studied. It is assumed that the predator species consumed the prey according to prey square root type of functional response. The existence, uniqueness and boundedness of the solution are examined. All the possible equilibrium points are determined. The stability analysis of these points is investigated along with the persistence of the system. The local bifurcation analysis is carried out. Finally, this paper is ended with a numerical simulation to understand the global dynamics of the system.

     Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a potentially fatal metabolic disorder worldwide, in this COVID-19 era. Long-term allopathic treatment has a variety of side effects, prompting the search for alternative therapies. Oleuropein, the primary bioactive ingredient of Olive Leaf Extract (OLE), has shown noteworthy actions to control T2DM. The present study provides a dynamic study of % improvement in GLUT4 concentration with different doses of metformin (150mg-500mg) in combination with 500mg using a dynamic in silico model developed in Cell Designer 4.4.2, a system biology tool. The results indicated that 300mg of metformin and 500mg of oleuropein is the optimum combination to treat diabetes, ensuring a 2% improvement in G
