Building a 3D geological model from field and subsurface data is a typical task in
geological studies involving natural resource evaluation and hazard assessment. In
this paper a 3D geological model for Asmari Reservoir in Fauqi oil field has been
built using petrel software. Asmari Reservoir belongs to (Oligocene- Lower
Miocene), it represents the second reservoir products after Mishrif Reservoir in Fauqi
field. Five wells namely FQ6, FQ7, FQ15, FQ20, FQ21 have been selected lying in
Missan governorate in order to build Structural and petrophysical (porosity and water
saturation) models represented by a 3D static geological model in three directions

This study examined the effect of essential oils extracted from peel of Citrus paradisi and Citrus sinensis on two species of fungi: Penicillium oxalicum and Fusarium oxysporum as well as effect of two fungicides: Carbendazim and Thiophanatemethyl against above fungi. Results showed that the essential oil of Citrus paradisi inhibited the radial growth of Penicillium oxalicum and Fusarium oxysporum at concentration 4%. Nevertheless, the essential oil of Citrus sinensis inhibited the radial growth at concentration 5 and 4%, respectively. New schiff bases series (VIII) a-e and 1,3-thiazolidin-4-one derivatives (IX) a-e containing the 1,2,4-triazole and 1,3,4-thiazazole rings were synthesized and screening their biological activities. These compounds were identified via Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra, some via Proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) and mass spectra. The biological results indicated that all of these compounds did not reveal antibacterial effectiveness against (Escherichia coli and Klebsiella species) (G-). Some of these compounds showed moderate antibacterial activity against (Staphylococcus aureus, and Staphylococcus epidermidis) (G+), and all compounds exhibited moderate activity against Candida albicans.
