Republic Health Laboratory in Iraq were tested for Respiratory Syncytial Virus
infection by RT PCR .Positive samples was 4 out 0f 20 were used .Viral isolation was
done on a monolayer of 70-80% confluent Human Lung Carcinoma Cells (A549) cell
line and incubated at 33ºC for 4 days .Syncytia was observed in 3 positive samples.

Fourteen morphologically varied Ricinus communis L. seeds were collected from different localities in Egypt, El-Sudan and Saudi Arabia. Seed morphology and ITS barcoding analysis were performed to assess their diversity and phylogenetic relationship. Sequence’s alignment of nrITS region from different accessions display high levels of genetic similarities. Cluster analysis could not group different accessions according to their geographical distribution. Materials and method: This study was used to measure the displacement pattern of (pps)in different palatal shapes by using different impression materials Korrecta wax No.4,Green compound and design of House for pps for each palatal forms by using a 3D Scanner of CAD/CAM and measuring the distance between 2 points in pps area by using Caural Threw.
