Two New Records of Coelioxys Latreille, 1809 (Hymenoptera: Apoidea: Megachilidae) from Iraq
Abstract<p>Five <italic>Coelioxys</italic> Latreille, 1809 species previously recorded in Iraq; <italic>Coelioxys emargintus</italic> Förster, 1853 and <italic>Coelioxys brevis</italic> Eversmann, 1852 newly recorded species. A brief re-description of each is given, supported by photographs; as well as a provided for their global distribution.</p>

Two New Records of Cerceris Latreille, 1802 (Hymenoptera: Apoidea: Crabronidae) from Iraq
Abstract<p>In a survey of the crabronid fauna of Iraq during June to October 2022; 9species belonging to the genus <italic>Cerceris</italic> Latreille, 1802 were identified. Twospecies are new record of the fauna of Iraq: <italic>C. dorsalis</italic> Eversmann, 1849 and <italic>C. priesneri</italic> Mochi, 1939. NEW RECORD OF THE GENUS LARRA FABRICIUS, 1793 (HYMENOPTERA, CRABRONIDAE) FROM VIETNAM
The genus Larra Fabricius, 1793 (Hymenoptera: Crabronidae) is recorded for the first time from Vietnam. Three species and two subspecies belonging to this genus as follows: L. amplipennis (F. Smith, 1873); L. carbonaria (F. Smith, 1858); L. fenchihuensis Tsuneki, 1967; L. polita polita (F. Smith, 1858) and L. polita luzonensis Rohwer, 1919 are presented. Keys to both sexes of the three species and two subspecies reported here are provided.

A new species of Solanum L.(Solanaceae) from Baghdad city Iraq
Solanum americanum is a new annual shrubby plant seen recently in fields and gardens of Baghdad city. A new species is described and illustrated, inhabit wet or semi dry places and have consequently a mesophytic habit. A detailed morphological study of the stems, leaves, Inflorescence, flower, male and female reproductive organs and fruits has been done, revealed several interesting taxonomic characteristics, which have not previously been studied in Iraq.
