The paper aims at identifying:
How emotional empathy was utilized by terrorists in E-newspapers.
How useful utilizing emotional empathy was in attracting supporters. A cross-sectional study was carried out between September 2019 and April 2020 using an online survey. Pharmacists from eight different hospitals in Malaysia were involved in the study.
