Tetragonal compound CuAl0.4Ti0.6Se2 semiconductor has been prepared by
melting the elementary elements of high purity in evacuated quartz tube under low
pressure 10-2 mbar and temperature 1100 oC about 24 hr. Single crystal has been
growth from this compound using slowly cooled average between (1-2) C/hr , also
thin films have been prepared using thermal evaporation technique and vacuum 10-6
mbar at room temperature .The structural properties have been studied for the powder
of compound of CuAl0.4Ti0.6Se2u using X-ray diffraction (XRD) . The structure of the

  This research  studyies the effect of MgO and ZrO2 as additives in sintering Al2O3 . The experimental results are modeled using ( L2 _ regression) technique , sintered density and grain size rate measurments were  accounted by utilizing experimental results of undoped , MgO doped and ZrO2  doped alumina impregrated with spherical large pores in final stage of sintering . The effect of each additive is inhibitian of the grain growth and increasing the densification rate which enhances the kinietics of densification and the removal of large and small pores.

The results are obtained by putting some conditions on the coefficients to prove that the hyper order of any nonzero solution of this equation equals the order of one of its coefficients in case the coefficients are meromorphic functions. The toxicity effect of some heavy metals (Lead, Cadmium, Copper, and Zinc) on the growth of alga Scenedesmus dimorphus which belongs to the Division of Chlorophyta was studied and depended on the total cell number . The growth rate and doubling time were also calculated accordingly in present of absent of the the heavy metals . There were differences in toxic effects of the metals (p<0.05) . The adsorption of Pb(II) ions onto bentonite and activated carbon was investigated. The effects of pH, initial adsorbent dosage, contact time and temperature were studied in batch experiments. The maximum adsorption capacities for bentonite and activated carbon were 0.0364 and 0.015 mg/mg, respectively. Thermodynamic parameters such as Gibbs free energy change, Enthalpy change and Entropy change have been calculated.
