from condensation of glyoxylic acid with o-phenylene diamine. The structure (L) was

were synthesized and their structures were characterized by Atomic absorption, IR and UV-Visible spectra, molar conductivity, magnetic moment and molar ratio determination (Co

) complexes. All complexes showed octahedral geometries.

The present study was designed to determine the types of bacterial contamination in the face cream and lipsticks of undergraduate students. Also, the study aimed to determine the sensitivity of the isolated bacteria against many antibacterial agents. Five new ostracod species belonging to the subfamily Trachyleberidinae have been described. They are Paragrenocythere monilis and Peloriops levisulcata from the Maastrichtian of Iraq; Oertliella petraensis from the early Palaeocene (middle – late Danian) of Jordan; Reticulina syriaensis from the Palaeocene of Syria and Reticulina ninurta from the middle – late Eocene of Iraq.
