We topologize La-Prim(H), the set of all primary La-submodules of H , similar to that for FPrim(F), the spectrum of fuzzy primary ideals of F, and examine the characteristics of this topological space.  Anew mathematical formula was proposed to describe the behavior of the extinction coefficient as a function of ambient temperature and wavelengths for some of infrared materials. This formula was derived depending on some experimental data of transmittance spectrum versus wavelengths for many ambient temperatures.
