Activated carbon loading with metals oxides is new adsorbents and catalyst, which seem very promising for desulfurization process. The present study deals with the preparation of three metals oxides loaded on activated carbon (AC). The tri composite of ZnO/NiO/CoO/AC was characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), X-Ray florescence (XRF), N₂ adsorption for BET surface area, pore volume and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). The effect of calcination temperature is investigated. The best calcination temperature is 250^oC based on the presence of phase, low weight loss and keep at high surface area. It mainly deals with -ly as an inflectional suffix that forms adverbs and adjectives It is hypothesized that there are differences between adjective-forming –ly and adverb-forming –ly.The researcher first made general and specific observations about the morphological processes of -ly adverbs and -ly adjectives. Since the study focuses on a linguistic phenomenon, its data is a set of -ly adverbs and -ly adjectives used as examples to support the hypothesis.   The study is focused on the modification of the standardized newspaper with natural polymers chitosan and keratin hydrolysate applied on the paper surface from polymer solution. The fluorescence and absorption spectra of Fluoranthene dissolved in
cyclohexane and ethanol were studied and analyzed. The effect of the
concentration of this molecule and the polarity of the solvents on the spectral
shifts and on relative intensity has been investigated. A computational program
was written in order to convert the spectra from grapher to data. Some
photophysical parameters such as oscillator strength and quantum efficiency have
been calculated. Fluorescence quantum efficiency of Fluoranthene was measured
relative to Quinine Sulfate (QS) in 1N H2SO4. The obtained values were (0.5) in
