The research aims to determine the strength of the relationship between time management and work pressure and administrative leadership, where he was taken a sample of (47) of the administrative leadership at the Higher Institute of security and administrative development in the Ministry of Interior was used questionnaire as a key tool in collecting data and information and analyzed the answers to the sample surveyed by using Statistical program (spss) in the arithmetic mean of the calculation and test (t) and the correlation coefficient, the research found the most important results: the existence of significant moral positive relationship between both time management and work pressure and administrative leadership, the leadership of the administrative and clear in his work to receive it ambiguity in the roles Except Exclusive entrusted to him, which contributed to achieving the basic goals of the organization in which it operates, and recommended the researcher: the establishment of multi-tasking administrative leadership in the administrative organization of training courses at the Higher Institute of security and administrative development. The study in duded isolation and identification of microbial isolates from oral cavity to 10 volunteers, diagnosed within the three groups: Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus spp. and Candida albicans . The sensitivity test of all isolates bacteria Streptococcus spp. , S. aureus and S. epidermidis showed high resistance to Ampicillin(100)%,followed Methicillin (88.88)% and Amoxicillin / clavulanic acid(77.77)%, while the resistance for each of Vancomycin and Amoxicillin were (66.66)%, and the resistance to Erythromycin and Pencillin (55.55)% to each of them. The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of Royal jelly RJ on morphology and motility of mice sperms. Sperms were collected from the cauda region of the epididymis of each 10 mice from the treatment and control groups. Direct activation techniques and evaluation of sperm morphology were carried out. Dhino microscope was used for sperm measurement.
