The study included examination of three types of different origin and orange juice at the rate of recurring per sample, the results showed that the highest rates of acid (pH) in the A and juice were (4). And salts of calcium is 120 ppm in juice C and 86 ppm of magnesium in the juice B, for heavy metals the highest rate of lead .18 recorded ppm in juice B, 1.32 ppm of copper in juice A, 5 ppm of iron in the juice B, 1.3 ppm of zinc in the juice B, 0.05 ppm of aluminum in each of the sappy B and A, 0.02 ppm of cobalt in the juice B, 0.3 ppm of nickel in the juice B, 170.6 ppm sodium in C juice, but for the acids, organic that the highest rates were 3.2 part Millions of acid in the juice owner a, 260 ppm of the acid in the juice the ascorbic B, 240.5 ppm of the acid in the lemon juice A.

Microbial activity of Ellagic acid when mixed with some types of candy toward Streptococcus mutans microorganism was studied. The main purpose of carrying out this study is to produce a new type of candy that contains Ellagic acid in addition to xylitol instead of sucrose to prevent dental caries. Some types of the fungus Aspergillus were isolated from some hospitals in the city of Baghdad (Imam Ali Hospital and Sadr General Hospital). The samples were taken by Transport media at a rate of three replicates of each place isolated from samples from different places within the hospital (waste, baths, the sick beds, corridors and room floors) for the purpose of isolating and diagnosing the fungus on the Czapeck Dox Agar media. The levels of lead (pb), copper (cu), cobalt (co) and cadmium (cd) were determined in different kinds of milk and the health risks were evaluated. The mean levels were 0.73±0.21, 0.06±0.01, 0.12±0.01 and 0.14±0.01 ppm for these metals respectively. The levels of pb and cu were found to be insignificant differences (p<0.05), whereas the levels of co and cd, were no significant differences (p>0.05). The dry and liquid kinds of milk were different significantly (p<0.05), whereas the original, was no significant differences (p>0.05). The values for all metals were more than one. The metals pb and cd were detected at highest concentrations in most dry and liquid milk samples.

Trace Elements (Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn, Ni) level were examined in hair of donors from industrial areas, cities and village, and in permanent contact with a polluted workplace environment in lattakia. Hair sample were analyzed for their contents of the trace elements by inductivity coupled plasma- mass spectrometer (ICP- MS). It was found that the contents of (Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn, Ni) in the hair were significantly higher in the industrial areas and cities, while in the village had the lower concentration of elements. Correlation coefficients between the levels of the elements in hair found in this study showed that hair is a good indicator of Environmental Pollution.

In this study four cheese samples were randomly collected from local markets. These cheese samples were Ishaqi, Danone, Arab white cheese and Agricultural college cheese.
Results obtained revealed that all these cheese samples were contaminated by fungi in addition to the presence of same heavy metals under study which were Fe, Pb, Ni and Cr.
