The research aims to diagnose the causes of the phenomenon of Marketing deception catalog, which is now deployed in the Iraqi market and related to producers and marketers, consumers, regulators and other institutions) and their impact in the areas of prejudice to the consumer protection (product and signifying specifications, price, advertising, packaging), as well as identify differences in the sample responses according to personal variables, it has been the adoption of the resolution as a tool to collect data and information through a sample survey of consumer opinions totaling 108 people in shopping centers in the province of Baghdad and in the Karkh and Rusafa, It was the use of methods selected statistical represented by the arithmetic mean and standard deviation and test (F) and the coefficient of determination and sequence regression method test (X2) to find differences between the responses with the help of neo-statistical (SPSS) to obtain accurate results, and were the most prominent findings of the research are: 1. The reasons for the phenomenon of marketing deception catalog the effect of a significant level in the areas of breach of consumer protection. 2. The reasons for producers and marketers and consumer-related causes are the most influential in the areas of breach of consumer protection while ruled out the reasons for approaching the regulatory and other institutions of the regression model. 3. differences did not appear in the sample responses about the impact of the causes of the phenomenon of deception catalog in the areas of consumer protection prejudice attributable to personal variables.

The fresh water green alga Chlorella vulgaris was selected to study its ability to degrade one of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAHs)known is anthracene (ANT). ANT is widely used in artificial products such as wood preservatives; insecticides; dye and coating materials. This algae was cultivated in CH-10 medium under constant laboratory conditions and exposed to different concentrations (1, 3, and 5 mg/l) of anthracene for 3, 5, 7, 9 and 15 days, with the concentration of ANT measured by high performance liquid chromatographic analysis (HPLC). Effect of [Cu/In] ratio on the optical properties of CuInS2 thin films prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis on glass slides at 300oC was studied. The optical characteristics of the prepared thin films have been investigated using UV-VIS spectrophotometer in the wavelength range (300-1100 nm). The films have a direct allow electronic transition with optical energy gap (Eg) decreased from 1.51 eV to 1.30 eV with increasing of [Cu/In] ratio and as well as we notice that films have different behavior when annealed the films in the temperature 100oC (1h,2h), 200oC (1h,2h) for [Cu/In]=1.4 . This work is the first study of the Curculionoidea fauna from Kurdistan region of Iraq, based on the intensive survey in different localities of Kurdistan from March 2016 to November 2017. In total, 41 species belonging to 28 genera, 21 tribes and 3 families were collected and identified, including 25 species newly recorded for the Iraqi fauna.
General distribution, collecting localities and methods, with plant association data for each species are given.

Nonlinear diffraction patterns can be obtained by focusing a laser beam through a thin slice of the material. Here, we investigated experimentally the formation of the far field nonlinear diffraction patterns of cw laser beam at 532 nm passing through a quartz cuvette containing multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT's) suspended in acetone and in DI water at concentrations of 0.030.wt.%, 0.045 wt.%, 0.060 wt.%, and 0.075 wt.%.
