The research aims to diagnose the causes of the phenomenon of Marketing deception catalog, which is now deployed in the Iraqi market and related to producers and marketers, consumers, regulators and other institutions) and their impact in the areas of prejudice to the consumer protection (product and signifying specifications, price, advertising, packaging), as well as identify differences in the sample responses according to personal variables, it has been the adoption of the resolution as a tool to collect data and information through a sample survey of consumer opinions totaling 108 people in shopping centers in the province of Baghdad and in the Karkh and Rusafa, It was the use of methods selected statistical represented by the arithmetic mean and standard deviation and test (F) and the coefficient of determination and sequence regression method test (X2) to find differences between the responses with the help of neo-statistical (SPSS) to obtain accurate results, and were the most prominent findings of the research are: 1. The reasons for the phenomenon of marketing deception catalog the effect of a significant level in the areas of breach of consumer protection. 2. The reasons for producers and marketers and consumer-related causes are the most influential in the areas of breach of consumer protection while ruled out the reasons for approaching the regulatory and other institutions of the regression model. 3. differences did not appear in the sample responses about the impact of the causes of the phenomenon of deception catalog in the areas of consumer protection prejudice attributable to personal variables.
In this paper, we describe the cases of marriage and divorce in the city of Baghdad on both sides of Rusafa and Karkh, we collected the data in this research from the Supreme Judicial Council and used the cubic spline interpolation method to estimate the function that passing through given points as well as the extrapolation method which was applied for estimating the cases of marriage and divorce for the next year and comparison between Rusafa and Karkh by using the MATLAB program.

In their cross-sectional study, Al-Rubaye et al studied the extent of vitamin D (VD) deficiency/ insufficiency, factors affecting its degree, and the adverse outcomes of the altered VD status among a group of mothers and their neonates from Baghdad, Iraq. They found that 96.6% of the mothers had VD deficiency/ insufficiency compared to 86.4% in their neonates. Maternal VD levels and neonatal weights were significantly correlated with neonatal VD levels. We believe that the study results need to be revised. Objective : Sciatic nerve block (popliteal approach) and femoral N block is a new technique other than general anesthesia in below knee surgery because it provides adequate muscle relaxation, with good intraoperative and post-operative analgesia. Nefopam is non opioid, non-respiratory depressant and non-sedative was mixed with local anesthetics drug to study the effects. This study was done to compare the onset and duration of sensory and onset time and duration of action of motor block following administration of either bupivacaine alone with administration of bupivacaine and Nefopam in patients undergoing below knee lower limb surgeries under ultrasound guided regional anesthesia.

The study will be conducted from a Qur'anic perspective based on the study of examples of it, and partly in interpretive treatment through the book of editing and enlightenment of Taher Ibn Ashour, known for his art in matters of rhetoric and methods of controversy.
