The effects of essential oilNigella sativa and Menthawas study on the chemical, microbial and sensory properties for soft white cheese that produced from it during storage at 0, 7 and 14 days .The results show significantly percent decrease in moisture for all samplesand maximum decrease was at the latest storage period for all them .The reduced in moisture was accompanied with increase in percentage of protein and fat during of storage period for all samples.
The control sample showed increased in bacterial logarithmic for total count bacterial, coliform, Staphylococcus aureus, proteolytic bacteria, lipolytic bacteria and mold and yeasts during of storage period , the highest results showed at the latest storage period 14days, it was 8, 4.96, 4.43, 4.43, 4.33 and 4.23 cfu/g respectively, these numbers were significantly decrease when nigella and spearmint was added compared with control sample at zero time for all microorganisms and it reach at the end of storage periodto be 6.29, 2.54, 1.95, 2.2, 1.91 and 1.3 cfu/g and 6.28, 2.76, 2.27, 1.69, 1.94 and 1.47 cfu/g for soft white cheese respectively.
The acidity value was significantly increase during storage periods for all cheese samplescontrol, Nigella and Spearmint to reach after 14days to be 0.67, 0.79 and 0.93% respectively. The pH value was reduced for all samples to reach at the end of duration of storage 5.21, 5.35 and 5.43 respectively,accompanied of change in total acidity and pH increase in the numbers of lactic acid bacteria during of storage periods, to reach at the end of storage to be 4.42, 3.72 and 3.5 cfu/g respectively.
The results indicate the superiority of the cheese sample added spearmint oil in sensory properties which included flavor, color, texture and bitterness during of storage periods compared with cheese added nigella oil and the control sample.

Green Synthesis and the Study of Some Physical Properties of MgO Nanoparticles and Their Antibacterial Activity

     Magnesium oxide nanoparticles (MgO NPs) were synthesized by a green method using the peels of Persimmon extract as the reducing agent , magnesium nitrate, and NaOH. This method is eco-friendly and non-toxic. In this study, an ultrasound device was used to reduce the particle size, with the impact on the energy gap was set at the beginning at 5.39 eV and then turned to 4.10 eV. The morphological analysis using atomic force microscopy (AFM)  showed that the grain size for MgO NPs was 67.70 nm which became 42.33 nm after the use of the ultrasound. Stability and Bifurcation of a Prey-Predator-Scavenger Model in the Existence of Toxicant and Harvesting

In this paper a prey-predator-scavenger food web model is proposed and studied. It is assumed that the model considered the effect of harvesting and all the species are infected by some toxicants released by some other species. The stability analysis of all possible equilibrium points is discussed. The persistence conditions of the system are established. The occurrence of local bifurcation around the equilibrium points is investigated. Numerical simulation is used and the obtained solution curves are drawn to illustrate the results of the model. Finally, the nonexistence of periodic dynamics is discussed analytically as well as numerically.

Two main clinical types of IBD are recognized, namely ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD). The present study examined serum levels of two cytokines (IL-17A and IL-23) in 60 IBD patients (30 UC and 30 CD) and 30 healthy controls. Design, Synthesis and Kinetic Study of Coumarin-Based Mutual Prodrug of 5-Fluorouracil and Dichloroacetic acid

On the basis of known coumarin-based prodrug system, a novel coumarin-based mutual prodrug of 5-fluorouracil and dichloroacetic acid was designed, synthesized and evaluated as a promising oral chemotherapeutic agent basing on in vitro stability study in HCl buffer (pH 1.2) and in phosphate buffer (pH 7.4), as well as in vitro release study in human serum. The chemical structure of prodrug was confirmed by analyzing its FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS-ESI spectra. The results of in vitro kinetic study indicated that the prodrug was significantly stable in HCl and in phosphate buffers, and was hydrolyzed in human serum followed pseudo first order kinetics.

Effect of some plant extracts on germination and seeding of Raphanus sativus and effect on surface growth of Rhizoctonia solani

The experiment was conducted to study the effect of leaves extract of Salvia sclarea , Rosmarinus officinalis and Thymus vulgaris with 10% and 30% concentration on germination of seeds and growth of seedlings . The effect of these extracts on infection percentage of seeds decay and surface growth of Rhizoctonia solani .
