The increase in obesity and the many accompanying diseases is attributed to the increased production and consumption of foods made of non-nutritive sweeteners without regard to the risks of consuming additional calories, and this in turn leads to hormonal imbalance and metabolic disorders and the resulting imbalance and ill health that have spread to all segments of society. During the research, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04 and 0.05 % of stevia sweetener was added to the cream instead of the sugar used. Physical and chemical tests were performed for the stevia extract and the microbial content in the cream, as well as the sensory evaluation. It was noted that fortifying the cream with calorie-free stevia sugar led to the production of a cream with excellent texture, color and taste, with a very desirable sweetness and flavor, and the absence of any strange taste or flavor.
This study attempts to test the possibility of developing organizational performance in Zain Telecom by adapting the philosophy and concept of Organizational Identification and its dimensions, the most important of which are (Organizational Identification, organizational loyalty, organizational affiliation).To achieve the goal, the research relied on the questionnaire method, which is one of the methods of collecting information in field studies.

The esophageal morphology of domestic fowl (Gallus gallus domesticus) was investigated to fillthe dearth of information on the morphology of esophagus from available literature and help inunderstanding its digestive tract biology. The esophagus is under study as musculomembranous tubularshape, it began from oropharyngeal cavity and terminated on the proventriculus. The esophagus wasdivided into three regions are represented by cervical part, crop, and Thoracic part. Organization standards (WHO), then water quality index (WQI) were

Sequence stratigraphic cycle of Cenomanian-early Turonian is composed of (Ahmadi, Rumaila, and Mishrif) formations, which is bounded at top and base by unconformity surfaces.
