This current study was built on creating four electrodes based on molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs). As the template using Cefalexin (CFX), 1-vinyl imidazole (VIZ) and vinyl acetate (VA) as monomer, and N, N-methylene bis acrylamide (MBAA) as cross-linkers and benzoyl peroxide as the initiator, two MIPs were prepared. The same composition was used in non-impressed polymers (NIPs) preparation, but without the template (Cefalexin). For the membranes preparation, numerous plasticizers, such as tri-oly phosphate (TOP) and di-octyl phthalate (DOP), were used in the PVC matrix, slop, detection limit, lifetime, and linearity range of CFX-MIPs electrodes are characteristics studied. To describe the created MIP, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to study the properties of the electrodes, the slope, the detection limit, and the life time and linearity range. The effect of PH and interference on the efficiency of the electrode MIP was also investigated. The study has shown that the molecularly imprinted electrodes have high sensitivity and responsiveness to cefalaxin. The DPV value was linearly dependence on the aspirin concentration and a linear curve was obtained within the range of (1×10−1 - 5×10-4) M of cefalaxin with correlation coefficients are about (0.9941, 0.9899, 0.9936 and 0.9837) with slops value of (-18.48, -18.84, -18.60 and -19.47) and the detection limit for all electrodes ranging from (6×10-1-9×10-1) M.In the selectivity measurements results that we obtained there's no interaction with the cefalexin drug on interfering cations (K+, Ca+2, Al+3) and certain pharmaceutical additives such as methylparaben, propylparaben and trisodium citrate. The preparation electrodes have been shown good response including testing pharmaceutical analysis. The strategy employed is easy and fast. CFX membranes also have a short reaction speed, excellent mechanical stability, are removable and quick to create.
The non static chain is always the problem of static analysis so that explained some of theoretical work, the properties of statistical regression analysis to lose when using strings in statistic and gives the slope of an imaginary relation under consideration. chain is not static can become static by adding variable time to the multivariate analysis the factors to remove the general trend as well as variable placebo seasons to remove the effect of seasonal .convert the data to form exponential or logarithmic , in addition to using the difference repeated d is said in this case it integrated class d. Show MoreTwo different polyvinyl alcohol/polyvinyl chloride (PVA/PVC) hollow fiber composite nanofiltration membranes were prepared after PVC hollow fiber membranes were coated using dip-coating method with PVA aqueous solution, which was composed of PVA, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO9), and water [PVA/AEO9/water (4:0.5:95.5) wt%]. Effect of two different PVC hollow fiber immersion times in coating solution were studied. Cross-section, internal and external surfaces of the PVC hollow fibers and PVA/PVC composite nanofiltration membranes structures were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), pure water permeation flux and solutes rejection. It was found that, the coating layer thickness on the outer surface of the 19 wt% P

The objects correspond to mathematical abstractions called vertices (also called nodes or points) and each of the related pairs of vertices is called an edge (also called link or line). A directed graph is a graph in which edges have orientation. A simple graph is a graph that does not have more than one edge between any two vertices and no edge starts and ends at the same vertex. For a simple undirected graph G with order n, and let denotes its complement. Let δ(G), ∆(G) denotes the minimum degree and maximum degree of G respectively. The complement degree polynomial of G is the polynomial CD[G,x]= , where C

Five types of network were used to find the effect of the variation in the discharge and the node elevation on the best location. The most weakness point was determined for each network. Preliminary tank locations were chosen for test along the primary pipe with same interval distance. For each location, the water elevation in tank and pump head was calculated at each hour depending on the pump head that required to achieve the minimum pressure at the most weakness point. Then, the sum of pump heads through the day was determined. The results proved that there is a most economical lo

Show MoreThis work was conducted to determine the volumetric mass transfer coefficient (Ky.a) infixed bed adsorption using hexane-benzene mixture by adsorption onto a fixed bed of white silica gel. Benzene concentration was measured by gas chromatography. The effect of feed flow rate and initial concentration of benzene in hexane-benzene mixture on the volumetric mass transfer coefficient and on the adsorption capacity of silica gel was investigated.
In general, the volumetric mass transfer coefficient increases with increasing hexane flow rate, and with increasing initial concentration of benzene in the mixture. The ultimate value of (Ky.a) was at 53 ml/min of hexane flow rate with benzene initial concentration of (6.53 wt. %), and it wa

Helicobacter pylori virulence factors include a variety of proteins that are involved in its pathogenesis, such as VacA and CagA. Another group of virulence factors is clearly important for colonization of H.pylori in the gastric mucosa. These include urease, motility factors (flagellin), and Superoxide dismutase (SOD). Because of this organism's microaerophilic nature and the increased levels of reactive oxygen in the infected host, we expect that other factors involved in the response to oxidative stress are likely to be required for virulence. Superoxide dismutase is a near
